Made using Australian, chemical and pesticide-free almonds. These sliced, blanched, almonds are a popular choice in cakes, biscuits or trail mixes. The almonds are blanched in hot water (approximately 70C) then slowly dried to correct moisture level and then sliced. Slivered almonds add a lovely crunch to salads, especially when pan toasted. You can also add them to stuffings, cakes, cookies, granola and muesli.
